Privacy Policy

Bodilum Business Tools is operated by Bodilum. This policy explains what information the tools process and why.

Information you provide

Prospect Finder processes the business profile, offers, contact details, target category and target location you enter. Brand Scorecard processes your business details, 40 assessment answers, calculated scores and recommendations. These details may be saved in MongoDB Atlas and linked to a random, pseudonymous browser identifier. A local browser copy is also kept as a fallback so you can continue on the same device.

Information processed to provide the service

We process limited technical information such as IP address and browser user-agent to enforce usage limits and protect the service. A one-way hash is used for rate-limiting records. We also process Google Maps business information, public website content and publicly displayed contact routes to prepare an analysis.

Service providers

Prospect Finder may send search and location information to Google Maps Platform. Prospect evidence, business profiles and Brand Scorecard results may be sent to Amazon Bedrock for AI-assisted analysis. Usage counters and saved tool profiles/results are stored in MongoDB Atlas, and application requests are processed by Vercel.

This application includes Google Maps features and content. Use is subject to the current Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

Retention

Prospect Finder profile information and Brand Scorecard drafts/results remain until you use the relevant Clear saved details control or request deletion. Completed Brand Scorecards may be retained to let you return to the result and to understand aggregate tool usage. Rate-limit records expire automatically. Operational logs may be retained by service providers for security and troubleshooting.

Your choices

Do not enter confidential or restricted personal information. You can use the Clear saved details control in Prospect Finder or Brand Scorecard to remove the relevant database profile, saved results and local browser copy. Verify all generated claims before outreach.
