Bodilum Business Tools is operated by Bodilum. This policy explains what information the tools process and why.

Information you provide

Prospect Finder processes the business profile, offers, contact details, target category and target location you enter. Brand Scorecard processes your business details, assessment answers, calculated scores and recommendations. Ideal Client Builder processes your business and offer information, growth preferences, customer evidence and the contact details you provide to receive your result.

Verified contact details

Ideal Client Builder requires email verification before generating a result. We store the verified email address, your name, optional phone or WhatsApp number, business name, verification time and the source of the contact. This helps us deliver the requested report, reduce fake or mistyped addresses, protect access to results and understand tool usage.

Marketing choice

Email verification is required to deliver and protect the Ideal Client result. Permission to receive Bodilum growth insights, product updates and offers is separate from email verification. You can view your generated Ideal Client result without giving marketing permission. The custom downloadable PDF is offered only after you explicitly opt in on the result page. We store whether you opted in, when you opted in, the consent version and the source of that consent. If you do not opt in, your verified contact may still be retained for service delivery, security and administration, but it should not be treated as permission for promotional email.

Information processed to provide the service

We process limited technical information such as IP address and browser user-agent to enforce usage limits and protect the service. A one-way hash is used for rate-limiting records. We also process Google Maps business information, public website content and publicly displayed contact routes to prepare Prospect Finder analyses.

Service providers

Prospect Finder may send search and location information to Google Maps Platform. Business inputs, prospect evidence, Ideal Client answers and Brand Scorecard results may be sent to Amazon Bedrock or OpenAI when those AI providers are configured. Usage counters, saved profiles, verified contacts and completed results may be stored in MongoDB Atlas. Application requests are processed by Vercel. Transactional verification and PDF-link emails may be delivered through Amazon SES using SMTP.

Google Maps

This application includes Google Maps features and content. Use is subject to the current Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

Retention

Tool drafts may remain on the same browser so you can continue later. Verified Ideal Client contacts and completed results may be retained for report delivery, administration, security, consent records and aggregate tool analytics. Rate-limit, email-verification-code and secure PDF-download-token records expire automatically where configured. Operational logs may be retained by service providers for security and troubleshooting.

Your choices

Do not enter confidential or restricted personal information. You can clear local assessment drafts using the relevant tool controls. You can unsubscribe from marketing using the link provided in marketing messages, and you may request access, correction or deletion of stored contact or result information by contacting Bodilum.
