Use Prospect Finder respectfully, lawfully and for genuine one-to-one business development.

You must not

• use the tool for bulk harvesting, list resale or building a copied Google Maps database;
• send deceptive, discriminatory, abusive or unlawful messages;
• conduct unsolicited mass outreach or ignore opt-out requests;
• submit private network addresses, credentials, malware or unauthorised content;
• bypass usage limits, security controls or provider restrictions;
• present inferred roles, contacts or AI-generated claims as verified facts;
• use the tool to target children, vulnerable people or prohibited products and services.

Responsible outreach

Research the prospect, personalise the message, identify yourself clearly, explain a genuine commercial reason for contact and respect communication preferences. Generated messages are drafts, not permission to contact someone.

Enforcement

We may restrict access or block abusive traffic when activity threatens the service, providers or the rights of businesses and individuals.
